Turbulent Aegis
Turbulent Aegis centers on the inner shield. It represents boundaries that offer protection and support without fully closing you off. The works show how vulnerability, fear of rejection, and growing trust can come together to create more inner steadiness.
An aegis is a protective shield, while turbulent suggests unrest and intense movement. Together, they describe a form of protection that does not depend on calm, but stays present while everything is in motion.

Each drawing is held in a frame that moves from a warm cappuccino tone on the outside toward black at its core. The transition draws the eye inward, as if the structure gathers turbulence rather than repelling it. Warmth remains present at the edge, while the darker interior gives weight, depth, and containment. In that way, the frame echoes Turbulent Aegis: a sheltering form in which unrest can be carried, bounded, and slowly turned into direction.
