Shipping

• Free worldwide shipping on all orders.

• Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 5 business days.

• All shipments include track & trace and are insured up to the declared value.

• For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, local taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns

• EU/EEA consumers: a 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the day after delivery.

• Outside EU/EEA: a voluntary 14-day return policy applies on the same conditions, unless restricted by local law.

Return conditions

• Items must be returned in original condition (no damage, stains, creases, or wear) and, where reasonably possible, with original protective packaging.

• Bundles/series must be returned complete.

Costs & refunds

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to proven damage or an error by Variété.ist.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received (or proof of return is provided).

Exclusions

• Returns do not apply to commissions, personalised works, or custom/made-to-measure framing.
