A caesura is a deliberate pause, often used in poetry and music. Here, it points to the quiet interruption that breaks the ongoing flow and creates room for awareness.

Oak, mahogany, and wenge embrace the paper in alternating bands. Along the inner edge, shades of pink and blue move, shifting per frame like a quiet tide.
