METAMORPHIC ENTWINING
Metamorphic Entwining centers on fear. Tension, anger, and judgment can feel threatening, but they can also reveal what affects you and where your boundaries lie. By giving these feelings attention, they become clearer and easier to understand and carry.
Metamorphic refers to transformation, while entwining describes how feelings can become intertwined. As they interact, their meaning can gradually shift and change.

Each drawing sits in oak with a subtle wenge edge: a clear foundation with a dark counterpoint. Along the inner lip, the stains vary—olive, rosewood, cherry, bandi—not as ornament, but as links that pick up one another. The colors don’t blur; they stay distinct while moving in step. In this way, the frame echoes the series itself: what intertwines does not lose identity—it attunes.
