FLUX IMPROMPTU
Flux Impromptu explores the difference between reflex and reflection. Red represents the immediate, impulsive reaction, while blue stands for reflection, calm, and conscious choice. The works show how quickly a feeling can take over, and how awareness can help you stay grounded within it.
Flux suggests constant movement and change, while impromptu refers to something spontaneous and unplanned. Together, they capture the moment an impulse arises and can suddenly shift everything in a new direction.

The drawings are framed in oak, walnut, and beech, double-stained in Granada red: a tone with contrast and charge. The grain remains visible like memory lines of tension and release. Within this wooden frame, control and outburst meet in balance. What contrasts doesn’t have to clash, as long as each gives the other room.
